Lockdown is an application designed to easily activate the Lockdown feature in Android P on all Android devices. Its primary function is to secure your device by locking it and turning off its display. This app allows you to bypass smart lock and fingerprint settings, ensuring your device remains locked until its next usage, making it a useful utility for those who do not utilize fingerprint or smart lock capabilities.
- Install the app and access Lockdown Settings
- Enable the app
- Instantly lock your device by tapping on the Lockdown icon
For devices running Android Nougat or a newer version, a Quick Settings Tile can be added to the Notification Bar for quick access to locking the device.
Prior to uninstalling the app, remember to disable it from Device Administrators as it requires this permission. Please note that compatibility issues have been reported with some Redmi devices.
